Then, by the time I got done, my back, abs, obliques, and BOOTY were on fire! I woke up this morning SORE AS ALL GET OUT! I can definitely tell that these workouts are absolutely no joke! My quads are still sore from Monday! (It's now Thursday) I can barely sit down gracefully because my booty is so sore. Yesterday I did WO 4 and that is a toughie! When I first got started my quads were on fire still from WO 3. I'm feeling good and hopefully I'll see some weight come off when my Tuesday WI gets here! In conclusion: Great workout(s) this morning. I also struggle with the plank up and downs or whatever they are where you are on your forearms and then one at a time come up to your hands. My leg just won't come all the way forward like it has to. :) I am still struggling hard with a lot of the plank exercises (In particular: I can't do the plank to crescent.
I even then went for a brisk 30 min walk. I guess that getting the blood flowing to my quads was a really good thing because I did the whole workout, pushed hard through it, and now my quad is feeling a lot better. I am really determined to stick to this and drop some weight, though, so I popped that WO 3 in. My left quad in particular was still unbelievably sore in the not-so-good, maybe-I-hurt-something kind of way this morning. Today I was feeling nervous about getting back to WO 3. I did NOT golf that great, but I had a good time regardless. I did go golfing (9 holes walking) and counted that as a little bit of exercise. Yesterday, I was still feeling really sore (and crabby.) so I decided to take a bit of a rest day. Slowly, but surely, I'll get to where I need to be. I'm liking the whole 'picking things up and putting them down' thing again. I was so sore from workout 1! I'm really going to take my time with Jillian Michael's and keep repeating workouts until I'm really really READY to move on to the next phase. And today I did Jillian Michael's workout 2. But, my eating was off the charts from stress due to this little problem.īut, I did go to the workout room yesterday and did 30 min on the treadmill and 15 min on the bike. Things have gone up since then: we found temporary housing and have calls out to other lenders who might waive that restriction.
So anyway, last Thursday was the end of the world when we lost the mortgage. This is a ridiculous stipulation! I have to move to start the job, right? Doesn't this seem clear? But on Thurs, my loan officer realized that it had the stipulation that I'd have to start the new job before we could close on the house. So I applied for AND RECEIVED AND QUALIFIED for a mortgage that would be perfect for us. We need to buy a house because there isn't really /any/ pet friendly rentals in the area. See, my husband and I are moving from Philly to rural Ohio in July. I was doing VERY well, sticking to my points and eating healthily, but I got some bad news last Thursday. I don't want to say how high because I'm a bit embarrassed.
